VOTING RULES OF SELLIGENT AWARDS - PUBLIC AWARD FOR CAMPAIGN OF THE YEAR SWEEPSTAKES CONTEST
By taking part in this contest, participant(s) accepts and agrees to these rules unconditionally.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
The voting for the Selligent Awards – Public Award for Campaign of the Year is open to the public.
To vote, each participant must complete and submit a form via the Selligent Awards website (found at: http://www.selligent-awards.com/nominees) by October 14, 2016, 11:59 PM Pacific time. A prize will be awarded to the participant who comes closest to guessing the actual number of votes cast for the winning campaign.
Each vote cast in the Campaign of the Year sweepstakes equals one entry for the contest.
Participants must be eighteen (18) years or older to win.
Employees of Selligent, Inc. or its affiliates or subsidiaries and immediate family members of these groups are allowed to vote, but not eligible to win.
To be eligible for the contest, all votes must be received by October 14, 2016, 11:59 PM Pacific time.
One winner will be eligible to receive one prize of an Amazon Echo - Black, valued at up to $200. Selligent has the sole right to substitute the prize with another item of comparable value, excluding cash. The winner will be the person who comes closest to guessing the actual number of votes cast for the winning campaign. In the event of a tie, a random drawing will be held at Selligent, Inc., 1300 Island Drive, Suite 200, Redwood City, CA on Monday, October 24, 2016.
Prize(s) are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable prior to the winner taking possession of the prize(s).
he odds of winning depend on the number of entries received by the end of the voting period. In the event of a tie, the odds of winning will depend on the number of identical winning entries. The tie-breaking drawing will be made on a strictly random basis.
Winner will be notified via e-mail on October 24, 2016.
The winner is solely responsible for any tax implications of winning the drawing.
Selligent reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any participant that tamper or attempts to tamper with the entry process or operation of this sweepstakes or website. In case of a dispute, all parties thereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in the State of California, County of Santa Clara.
